  • Regular check-ins to gauge progress.

  • Access to Fitr app where you’ll see all your progress and programming.

  • Everything from Online option.

  • In-person sessions at Two Birds Fitness every week or fortnight to accompany online training.

  • First session free

From £140/month

  • Weekly in-person sessions at Two Birds Fitness.

  • Sessions tailored to you and your goals.

  • 1-1 or buddy sessions available.

  • PAYG or Block sessions
